Clear explanation of a promotion

## Prompt

Turn these approved promotion terms into clear copy: {rules}. Placement: {placement}. First state eligibility, benefit, required actions, deadlines with time zone and exclusions. Then give a short advertising version preserving conditions that affect the decision. Do not extend the discount's scope or silently change legal wording. List missing rules and disputed points for agreement; this is editing the source, not a legal review.

## Template fields

- `{rules}` — Approved terms. Example input: Full text with exclusions, period and limitations
- `{placement}` — Publication venue. Example input: Format and available space
