Decision memo

## Prompt

Prepare a decision memo: {decision}. Alternatives and facts: {options}. Priorities: {priorities}. Start with a two-sentence recommendation, then give the arguments for and against each option. Separately list reversible and hard-to-reverse consequences. Do not assign criterion weights or invent scores. If information is insufficient, offer a conditional decision and identify the fact that could change it. Keep the text to one page.

## Template fields

- `{decision}` — Decision required. Example input: What exactly needs to be selected
- `{options}` — Options and facts. Example input: What is known about each option
- `{priorities}` — Priorities. Example input: Which constraints take priority
