Workplace feedback for a colleague

## Prompt

Help prepare feedback. Observed incident: {episode}. Work impact: {impact}. Requested change and available support: {request}. Give a brief private-conversation script: fact, impact, question about context, request and agreement on the next step. Do not diagnose, generalize with ‘you always’ or attribute motives. Separate what I observed from my interpretation. If the request is untestable, suggest more specific wording.

## Template fields

- `{episode}` — Episode. Example input: What the person said or did, without judging their personality
- `{impact}` — Consequence. Example input: How this affected the task or collaboration
- `{request}` — Change. Example input: What you want to change and what help you can offer
