## Prompt

Draw a full-body cartoon girl at a rooftop party: turquoise curls, glittery headband, radiant highlighted skin, round sunglasses, stacked colorful bracelets and a shimmering metallic dress with an asymmetric hem. She holds a fruit-garnished cocktail; her nails have pastel ombre. Add a sunset skyline, twinkling fairy lights and soft slightly blurred ambience. Use detailed 2D digital art, clean vector lines, bold outlines, smooth cel shading, glossy highlights and bright Y2K pastels.
